To create your profile, follow these steps:

1. Open the Knacks Application.
2. Sign up using your Google or Facebook account, or provide your email.
3. Tap on ‘Sign up for free’ and enter your valid email address.
4. Secure your account by setting a password.
5. Add a unique Profile Name to personalize your experience.
6. Start enjoying your journey as a Knacker.

Now you’re all set to explore and connect on Knacks!

There are two verification processes to ensure the authenticity of your profile:

1.Blue Tick (Partial Verified): This indicates that your profile information has been verified by an admin through a telephonic conversation.
2.Green Tick (Fully Verified): This signifies that your profile information, including your address and other details, has been thoroughly verified through a physical visit.

These verification processes aim to enhance the trust and reliability of user profiles within the Knacks Application.

Changing your password is a simple process. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Profile tab.
2. Click on the Settings menu.
3. Choose “Change Password.”
4. Enter your old password, new password, and confirm the new password.
5. Click “Update.”
6. Your password will be successfully updated.
7. Log in with your new password.

These steps ensure a secure and straightforward way to update your password within the Knacks Application.

In Knacks, only performers, mentors, and coaches have the ability to post videos. Viewers do not have the option to post videos directly. If you’re a viewer and wish to share videos from your account, you must upgrade your profile to a performer. Once upgraded, you can showcase your talent by selecting the appropriate category, and you’ll be ready to showcase your talent to the world.

After logging into the app, click the ‘camera’ button in the center. You can either record your talent live by choosing the ‘From Camera’ option, or upload a pre-recorded video by selecting ‘From Gallery.’ Follow these steps:

1. Choose the recorded video from your gallery.
2. Fill in the video details.
3. Set your content visibility to Public.
4. Mark your content ownership.
5. Tap on the ‘Publish’ button.

Congratulations! Your video has been successfully uploaded for review.

After logging into the app, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the ‘camera’ button in the center.
2. Verify your email by entering the OTP sent to your email.
3. Select your user type and confirm.
4. You are now ready to post your talent. Remember, viewers will not be able to post videos.
5. Log in again and share your talent with the world.

Now you’re all set to showcase your skills as a Viewer on Knacks!

To save or hide a video, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Home Tab.
2. Click on the three dots in the setting menu.
3. Choose ‘Save post’ to save the video, or ‘Hide Post’ to hide it.

You can later view your saved or hidden posts from your profile settings menu.

Now you have control over organizing your video content on Knacks!

To connect with other users, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Search Tab.
2. Select the type of knacker you want to connect with.
3. Send a connection request by clicking on the ‘CONNECT ME‘ button next to the knacker’s profile in the list.

Additionally:

• Search for a specific knacker by name and send a connection request.
• Connect with a knacker while watching videos on the Home tab by clicking ‘Send Friend Request‘ from the 3 dots Settings menu.
• Visit a knacker’s profile and click on the ‘CONNECT ME‘ button to send a friend request.

Now you can easily expand your network and connect with other Knacks users!

To seek guidance for your knack, follow these steps:

1. Connect with Coaches, Mentors, or Clubs & Associations. You must be connected to the knacker to ask for advice.
2. Once connected, initiate a conversation with them through the knack room.

Important note: As a viewer, you cannot engage in chats with other knackers.

If you’re facing difficulties logging into your Knacks account, follow these simple steps to regain access to your account:

1. Go to the Login Screen: Visit the Knacks login screen on the app.
2. Select ‘Forgot Password’: Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. You’ll usually find this on the login screen.
3. Enter Your Email: Provide the email address associated with your Knacks account. Make sure it’s the same email you used during the account creation.
4. Receive Reset Link: Check your email for a password reset link. Click on the link provided. If you don’t see the email, remember to check your spam or junk folder.
5. Create a New Password: Once you click the reset link, you’ll be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong and secure password that you haven’t used before.
6. Login with New Password: Return to the Knacks login screen and log in using your newly created password.

Alternatively, you can log in without a password using your email. Here’s how:

1. Open the Knacks Application and go to the login screen.
2. Click on the ‘Login without password’ button.
3. Enter your registered email.
4. Tap on ‘Get Link’ to receive the login link in your email.
5. Open the email in a mobile app or browser.
6. Click on the ‘Go to Knacks’ button to access your account.

This method offers a convenient and secure way to log in to your Knacks account without the need for a password.

Viewers on Knacks are unable to post videos directly. Only performers, mentors, and coaches have the capability to share videos. If you wish to contribute by posting videos from your account, you must upgrade your status from a viewer to a performer. Once upgraded, you can showcase your talent by selecting the appropriate category and sharing your skills with the Knacks community. It’s a simple process that allows performers to share their unique talents with the world.
